Hello there, this is the rules of the server, I hope you don't mind reading them.
Cause if you don't, y'gun get banned kid.
Anoher thing, you don't advert, you use ooc, or //.
General Rules
- Don't try and crash the server [ Exception: Paul/Continue/Dog the Admin+ ]
- Don't propsurf
- Don't propclimb
- Don't propkill
- Don't hack/exploit
- Don't RDM/randomly kill
- Don't RDA/randomly arrest
- Don't CDM/kill with cars (if we do get cars)
- Don't be an ass
- Don't be a pain for the staff
- Staff are always right (except in the cases when a higher rank steps in, or the user has video footage/screenshots/ect to prove abuse/breaking rule)
- Don't do things unless you're absolutely sure you're allowed
- Don't find glitches and abuse them
- Don't find or use loopholes
- Don't randomly shoot down OWNED windows/doors
- Don't afk for more than 10 minutes
- Don't even think about arguing with the owner. (Permaban before you can even finish coming up with a comeback)
- Don't even THINK about randomly wanting/warranting (Even under mayor's orders)
Building Rules
- Don't bother anyone with a building sign, this includes: RAIDING, MUGGING, BUILDING NEAR THEIR BASE (atleast a street's length away, unless your base is right beside yours, in that case don't build past where your wall ends), HITS, ECT
- Don't abuse the building rules in any way, this includes: RAIDING, THEN GOING BACK, KILLING FROM HIT
- Don't build a hit HQ if something like hits is illegal, this goes for any law that says something is illegal, they can warrant/want you all they want then cause you're a dumbass advertising that.
- Don't find loopholes in these rules either, and don't use any that you find.
- No fading door abuse (This includes hitting the hotkey to open the door so you can walk in, opening a door to shoot through it, ect. You can't even use buttons for these, cause we won't know if you really pressed them or not)
CP Rules
- Don't RDA/randomly arrest
- Don't RDM/randomly kill
- If you're not sure if something the mayor commands you do is allowed, don't do it, if it's failrp, tell them you were not sure if it was allowed, but it'd be wise to ask around in ooc or staff chat.
- Don't make up your own laws if there is no mayor
- Don't enforce any laws, if there are no laws/mayor, except default laws (Attacking someone/breaking in/drugs/printers are all illegal in default laws)
- FearRP is allowed, not against the black ppl job or kkk, and other jobs like that
- Don't buy guns, stay with the guns you are given.
- Don't own a base, or home.
- Only SWAT can raid.
- Don't arrest ppl for having the illegal weapon Inventory Pickup.
Mayor Rules
- Don't make BS laws like "No breathing" or "No jaywalking" or "Hah, I'm mayor now, suck it."
- Don't enforce laws on your own, unless there are no cps, but if there is, they are there for a reason.
- Don't make it so you have to pay someone/something money everytime you see it.
- Don't buy guns, stick with the gun you're giving.
- Don't own a base, but you may own a single home.
Citizen Rules
- Report lawbreakers you see to the police, but don't failrp/metagame and say "Soandso is a hitman!" or "Soandso killed soandso!" unless you've seen it.
- Don't be a good samaritan and shoot at a thief, even to counter, that's a cp's job, just avoid the mug/raid/ect or tell a nearby cp.
- Don't try and raid/mug someone unless your job says you can.
- Don't try and own doors that are for a shop, you may only own house doors/doors attatched to a house.
Mugging Rules
- Don't mug the same person within a 30 minute time period, it is required you type "// mug USERNAME TIME", you can shorten the username to just 3-4 letters. I know this seems excessive but we cannot have spam-muggers D:
- Don't mug within a 10 minute time period, only 1 person every 10 minutes.
- Don't put a time limit before kill, only put 'IF GUNS OUT, KOS' if anything, but if you don't put 'IF GUNS OUT, KOS' you can only KOS when they shoot at you.
- You can mug from about 5-11 ft away from the person
- Max mug is 2.5 grand.
Kidnap Rules
- Don't kidnap the same person within a 60 minute time period, it is required you type "// kidnap USERNAME TIME", you can shorten the username to just 3-4 letters.
- Don't kidnap within a 20 minute period, only 1 person every 20 minutes.
- You can't kill unless you put 'IF TRYING TO ESCAPE 3 SECONDS AFTER TRAP, KOS' (minimum 3 seconds)
- You can kidnap 2-3 ft away from the person
Raid Rules
- Don't use grenades to raid
- If you're SWAT, don't use battering ram to knock down props, this is not only failrp but it is annoying for the person to rebuild their base all cause you were a dick. You can get banned for pulling a stunt like this.
- Don't raid within a 10 minute interval, this is one of the times you don't need to put the username, just the time.
Staff Rules
- Don't abuse
- Don't noclip off duty
- Don't act dumb
- Don't enforce fear
- Don't be a dick
- Don't use powers off duty
- Don't spawn entities/weapons offduty
- Don't spawn Davy Crockett if you can, this will lead to a week's ban.
- If you fire the davy crockett, you will be banned for a month
- Don't argue with the owner, with players it's fine, but if it's staff, he won't waste his goddamn time.
- Don't set yourself to a higher rank.
Admin Rules
- Don't patronize mods
- Don't brag about your rank
- Don't demote without head-admin+'s permission (SCREENSHOT PROOF, MAKE A THREAD IN THE DEMOTE'S SECTION)
- Don't promote without co-owner+'s permission (SCREENSHOT PROOF, STAFF APP SECTION)
Co-Owner Rules
- Don't lord yourself over staff
- You have to follow rules too
- Don't act like a hot shot
- Don't be a dick
Dev Rules
- Don't change ANYTHING without owner's permission, he will cut off fingers
- Don't add/remove ANYTHING without owner's permission, he will cut off arms
- Don't restart without owner's permission, he will fuck you up.

If you just joined, and read all the rules, just pm the owner this code and you will get trusted, which has votekick. Abuse it though and you lose trusted and get banned for a day or two.
