Experiance: When It Comes To Experiance, I Have Alot Of It. I Have About 2474 Hours On Gmod And Have Plenty Of Ulx And Basic Staff Experiance. I Have Been Staff On Multiple RP Servers, Including DarkRP.

Rule Breaker: So, Lets Say I Am Staff On Duty And I Notice A Player Is Rdm'ing Other Players But Our Logs Are Not Working. First Of All, I Would Check Console To See If It Says If He Did Or Did Not Kill The Other Player. Then After, I Would Bring Both Players To The Admin Sit Area (Outside The Map) Where I Would Question The Rdm'er. I Would Do My Best To Take In Both Sides From The Players Including The Rdm'er And Get A Solution.
I Would Do This Because Before You Can Judge If The Player Did Rdm Or Didnt Without Logs, You Would Need The Whole Story And The Details.
What Can I Do For The Server?: Well As I Previously Mentioned, I Have Had Alot Of Experiance On Gmod And DarkRP But What I Didn't Mention Is The Fact That I Am Leaning How To Model. If I Continue With This, I May Be Able To Customize Current Models Or Even Make Custom Ones. Another Thing I Can Do Is Bring In New People. I Can Do This By Inviting My Friends, Going On Servers Where I Am Staff And Giving This Server A Shoutout, And Even Going On Social Media To Try To Attract New And Exciting Players.
My Greatest Strength: I Would Have To Say That My Greatest Strength Would Have To Be The Fact That I Can Handle Almost Any Situation Calmly And Collectively. Like I Said, I Have Been Staff Before And I Have Developed A Habit Of Staying Calm And Basicly Trying To Stay Neutral During Every Sit And Climax.
My Greatest Weakness: Now I Am Not Going To Try To Make Myself Look All Good. I Would Have To Say My Greatest Weakness Is Getting Bored. Now I Will Say This Now, I Have No Life Whatsoever And I Can Play All Day Every Day (Exept On School Days) But There Is One Problem. I Can Get "Bored" And When That Happens, I Just Need Motivation And I Will Get Back Into Things.
Extra Info: I Am 13 Years Old And I Am In 8th Grade, However I Do Not Act Childish And Stay Mature Most Of The Time. I Am In Mountain Time And I Live In The United States. I Get Out Of School At 4:15 Mountain Time And Get Home About 4:30 So Thats When You Can Expect Me On.
